I AM
A Māori executive, cultural and intuitive coach who works with leaders navigating complexity,
change, growth and transition.
I bring more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, alongside a Māori
worldview grounded in connection, people, place and purpose.
My coaching is intuitive, deeply curious and grounded. I listen not only to what is being said, but
also to what may be sitting underneath it — the patterns, tensions, possibilities and sometimes
the things that haven’t yet found words.

More than two decades of lived entrepreneurial experience, building businesses, creating new
concepts, leading people, working across cultures and markets, navigating uncertainty and
continually reinventing.
I have learned that leadership isn’t just about what we know.
It is also about what we notice, what we feel, what we carry and what we are willing to question.
I bring a Māori understanding of leadership that recognises that we are not separate from the
people, places and relationships around us.
